Greenscape was
asked to complete a full driveway redesign at a client’s property in Blowfield,
Norwich, and Norfolk.
The original driveway we were faced
with was in a bad condition with a large presence of earth within the sub base.
As a result of this the drive became muddy in wet conditions with large amounts
of weed growth present within the stone. Previous work at the property had seen
us turn unmanaged fields into grazing land for our client’s horses which had
been recently moved onto the property. The arrival of the horses brought with
it horse boxes and the need for more space.
The final drive size was approximately 1000m2. Over 150t of crushed concrete was graded and compacted over the drive. 10m Natural stone was used at a depth of 25mm to finish the surfacing. An attractive, curved, reclaimed sleeper wall was created as and edge and too help retain the surrounding high ground levels.
Additional paving areas were created
between the rear garden gate and the garage.A drop curb was installed as a
boundary between the client’s driveway and the road.
An additional entrance along with a generous courtyard was created to allow for easy access and egress for larger vehicles into the property.
As a well respected contractor Greenscape are able to supply and install a wide range of driveway and surfacing solutions to suit domestic, commercial, equestrian and agricultural applications throughout Norfolk, Suffolk and East Anglia
